Cyndi Lauper burst on to the music scene in the early 80's. Cyndi had punk rock/thrift store style of dressing and her break through single "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" made her an international superstar.

Cyndi was one of the first female artist of the MTV generation. With such a catchy first single, many thought Cyndi might be a one hit wonder, but she proved them all wrong with her timeless classic "Time After Time".
Cyndi followed up her multi-platinum debut album with "True Colors". Cyndi is also a mother and a talented actress. Sources report that she has a new album in the works.
